Run Group Coaching programs or work with individual clients remotely using the FlipIt Online Platform
01: FIND IT
An important step to making meaningful change is to fully and properly define the problem. The photo cards can help clients explore their issue or challenge at a deeper, more subconscious level.
02: FEEL IT
Clients don’t always immediately know how they feel about something. And sometimes they jump straight into fix-it mode and skip the step of expressing feelings. Use this card to pinpoint the exact emotions in play.
03: FRAME IT
At any given time, we are looking at our world through ourt any given time, we are looking at our world through our own personal ‘frame’. Invite your client to consider what ‘frame’ or ‘perspective’ you are using to view your issue or challenge.
04: FLIP IT
Trying on a new perspective is like trying on new shoes; you need to walk around in them for a bit and see how they feel. Invite your clients to “flip” their perspective and consider a new possibility.
There are no specific prerequisites to become a certified coach, or to run FlipIt Workshops, although many of our students come to coaching from related disciplines such as consulting, management, education, HR and health. They also share a unique ability to see the greatness in others and the motivation and inspiration to stretch themselves beyond their comfort zone.
ICA students have 24/7 access to the ICA Learnsite including learning materials, module downloads, curated resources, class schedules, peer coaching networks, and a private coaches forum with global networks and friendships. There’s the choice to fast track or take your time, with morning, afternoon, evening, weekday and weekend classes. You choose what days and times you study. Perfect for people with a busy work or family life.

The International Coach Federation is the Peak Body for coaching worldwide. It supports coaches through events, resources and global chapters. It also accredits training programs that deliver coaching education. ICF-accredited education organizations must complete a rigorous review process and demonstrate that their curriculum aligns with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Certification pathways are where one program can lead into another, or where learning credits from partial completion of one program, can be credited to another program. Because, even the best laid plans, goals, or intentions can change. Your coach education needs to be able to change with you, and with ease.
As an example
You plan to add a coach approach into your workplace and choose a Level 1 program. But, as you learn more about coaching, you decide to pivot direction and pursue coaching as a stand alone career. With ICA’s training you can keep moving forward by crediting your level 1 participation or completion towards a Level 2 program.
Coach training certification leads to a coaching credential, with credentialing being highly regarded but optional. Too often we are approached by coaches who have completed their coach training only to find that it doesn’t pathway to an ICF credential. Their choices are limited to not pursing a credential, pursuing a credential via a portfolio pathway (time consuming and expensive), or returning to study and completing Level 1, 2 or 3 training. So, even if you don’t think you will need a credential, keep the option open by pursuing ICF Accredited Training.
Direct Credential Pathway
* Level 1 accredited study (ACSTH) pathways to an ACC credential
* Level 2 accredited study (ACTP) pathways to either an ACC or PCC credential
+ Level 3 accredited study pathways to an MCC credential (but only after completion of a Level 2 program and the achievement of PCC credential)
