There are plenty of coaching models out there (GROW etc) but nothing is as powerful as developing your own unique model and process. One that is right for you and perfect for your clients.

The last few years has seen a rapid uptake of online or virtual coaching. Clients are familiar with Zoom and Skype and find it an increasingly convenient way to connect. As a coach you have a global market so it makes more sense than ever before to promote your services online.
As a school with over 20 years delivering coach training online, we know first hand what it takes to set up an online business, and we share this with our coaching community with free Coaching and Client Templates, selected marketing and sales worksheets and access to our monthly Business Labs.
The ICA Community is a thriving group of coaches from all over the world. Select your coach using filters such as niche, location, language etc. and then download the ICA Coaching Agreement template to get started. Practicing your skills with your fellow students is a great way to learn.

Choose From Multiple Classes a Week in Your Timezone
Study from anywhere, at anytime with our “just-in-time” learning model. We release the entire curriculum to you at the time of enrollment, you then decide how you approach your learning, and the pace of your study. Follow a a linear pathway, taking classes as they appear in the schedule, or take an intuitive pathway by selecting your own order. You can also space your classes out and take your time, or fast track with multiple classes per week.
Take comfort in knowing that you can apply for deferment at any time. We will ‘stop the clock’ on your studies and when you are ready to return, we’ll get you set up again and back into your program
